We want you to be happy with your experience shopping with That is why we are happy to accept returns and give refunds if you are not satisfied with your purchase. is a small woman-owned proprietary shop (kind of like your ma & pa shop, but online), so we currently accept PayPal pay method only, which accepts credit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay, as PayPal accepts major credit cards. This is our best way at this time to keep you most secure! That is our priority.

Refund and Returns policy:  Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the product within 15 days so that we may issue a full refund to you. Or you may have a replacement issued. Passing these deadlines will result in partial to non-refund as the item will be considered used.


Shipping Policy

Our goal at is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we ensure that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
